This half-day retreat is built like a workshop, but held as sacred space. We’ll gather for yoga, breathwork, meditation, and optional cold water immersion to help you reset your nervous system and reconnect with what matters most.

Expect a safe, grounded environment where you can slow down, listen to your body, and find clarity without needing to step away for a whole weekend
