1. Eligibility

Our retreats and coaching services are designed for adult men (18+). By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Registration & Payment

  • To secure your spot at a retreat or to begin your coaching experience, you must complete appropriate registration and submit payment as instructed on our website.

  • Fees are due as stated during registration.

  • We may set limits on the number of participants for each retreat and on the number of coaching clients we serve.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies (including deadlines and any non-refundable deposits) will be clearly stated at the time of registration.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our stated policies.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat or coaching session. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or credit toward a future event.

4. Health & Safety

  • Participants are responsible for their own health, well-being, and safety during retreats.

  • By attending a retreat, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally able to participate in retreat activities.

  • We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise during participation.

5. Code of Conduct

We strive to create a safe, respectful environment. By registering, you agree to:

  • Treat all participants and staff with respect.

  • Refrain from disruptive, harmful, or illegal behavior.

  • Follow retreat/coaching guidelines and instructions from facilitators.
    Failure to comply may result in removal from the retreat/coaching program without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during retreats and coaching sessions (workbooks, guides, presentations, etc.) are our intellectual property as identified in the materials. They may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Disclaimer

  • Our retreats and coaching programs are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.

  • Participation is intended for personal growth and community connection only.

  • We make no guarantees regarding personal outcomes or results.

  • You should consult with a qualified professional (e.g., physician, therapist, etc.) before making any health-related, medical, or mental health decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

  • Personal injury, property damage, or loss during retreats

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation or website use
